SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. They are typically shipped within one day of placing an order with the exception of orders placed on Fridays. Those orders will be shipped the following Monday. We ship with USPS.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We cannot accept used lotions. 

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us using the form below and we will make it right. 

If you receive an incorrect product, please do not use it. Simply contact us on the form below and we will send you the correct product listed on your order and a return label for the incorrect product sent at no extra cost to you. Don't worry, this never happens, but just in case! 

Please make sure you know what you are buying. Some lotions on our website are tingle lotions. They will say "tingle" or "hot" and they have an effect that not everyone likes.
